Move-Out Cleaning is a full Cleaning by Jennie service. The team works through the entire property — kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, closets, floors — to the same professional standard as every home we clean. What's different is the objective. You're not going to live with the result; you're handing it over. So the default depth is more efficient than a Move-In reset: we focus the time where it matters most for a clean, presentable, professionally finished handoff. If the property has significant buildup or needs additional detail work, we'll identify that up front and reflect it in the estimate.

Move-Out Cleaning works through the whole property and typically includes:
- Kitchen counters, sink, and backsplash
- Appliance exteriors; interiors where included in your estimate
- Empty cabinets and drawers wiped inside and out
- Bathrooms scrubbed, sanitized, and polished
- Mirrors and glass
- Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout
- Baseboards, doors, and switch plates wiped
- Window sills and reachable ledges
- Closets vacuumed and wiped
- Trash and leftover debris removed
- Final walk-through, with photos on request
Scope depends on the property's size, layout, and condition. Heavy buildup, long vacancies, or significant soiling call for more time and are reflected in your estimate. We'll tell you before we start, never after.

Condition
A well-kept home turns over at the efficient default depth. Heavy soiling or significant buildup removal adds time, and the estimate increases accordingly.
Appliance interiors and add-ons
Inside the oven and fridge, interior windows, and other extras, added only if your lease, listing, or landlord calls for them.
Your deadline
Key return, final walkthrough, or closing: tell us the date and we'll schedule to hit it, evenings and weekends included.
