Kenosha doesn't have one kind of home, and that's exactly why we like working here. In a single week our team might clean a renovated loft overlooking the HarborPark marina, a 1920s bungalow in Southport with original woodwork that deserves careful hands, and a new-build townhome out west near UW-Parkside where the biggest enemy is construction dust that never quite left. Each of those homes needs something different, and treating them all the same is how cleanings end up feeling generic.
We're based just across the state line near Antioch — about 25 minutes from downtown Kenosha — and Wisconsin routes have been part of our schedule for years, alongside Pleasant Prairie and the western Kenosha County towns. That matters for a practical reason: you're not booking a crew that treats Kenosha as a once-a-month detour. We're here weekly, we hold recurring time slots here, and there's no travel surcharge anywhere in the city.
A lot of our Kenosha clients share a rhythm: commuters catching the early Metra to Chicago, families juggling school runs and lakefront weekends, hosts managing rental turnovers near Simmons Island, and landlords with lease cycles pinned to the Carthage College calendar. What they have in common is not wanting to spend their remaining free hours cleaning — and not wanting to gamble on a different stranger showing up each visit. You get the same cleaner every time, a documented checklist, and a flat-rate price agreed before we start.
Living near Lake Michigan also changes what "clean" means season to season. Summer brings beach sand through every door within a mile of Simmons Island; winter tracks salt and slush across entryway floors from November through March; and spring is when most lakefront and Forest Park homeowners book their one big top-to-bottom reset. Add a dog who loves the dog beach and the baseline changes again — which is why we ask about pets, entry floors, and problem rooms up front instead of running the same routine in every house. Seasonal deep cleans, entry-floor attention on winter visits, and pet-hair passes are all things we plan for, not surprises we charge extra for.
If you want the longer story of who we are and how Jennie built the company over 25+ years, it's on our about page. The short version: family-owned, insured and bonded, background-checked team, and a standard that's stayed personal even as the service area has grown.
